Its ability to absorb and process enormous volumes of data in a short time has no true equivalent in human learning.

Zásadní komplikací je, že v Anglii neexistuje legislativní úprava tzv. TDM výjimky (text and data mining). Soud tedy bude rozhodovat bez pevně vymezeného zákonného rámce, což z procesu činí precedentní spor s dopadem na celý evropský trh.

Rozsudek se očekává v létě 2025. Zůstává otázkou, zda Anglie upřednostní ochranu investic do obsahu, nebo volný rozvoj AI.
